Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to approve the Service Register Book of petitioner, which was sent by the 5th respondent School, so as to enable the petitioner to get increments for her service period from 2013 to 2018.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to approve the Service Register Book of petitioner, which was sent by the 5th respondent School, so as to enable the petitioner to get increments for her service period from 2013 to 2018.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the

respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be given to the third and fourth respondents to approve the Service Register Book of the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's Service Register Book, which is sent by the fifth respondent School, is pending before the third respondent, for getting approval. He would further submit that it will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 6.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the third respondent to approve the petitioner's Service Register Book, which is sent by the fifth respondent School, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
