ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) Two separate memos have been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.6059 and 6057 of 2020. In the said memo, which are similar, it had been contended that the second respondent, who has been shown as a minor in the cause title, has since attained the age of majority. It is therefore, requested that the said fact may be noted and necessary amendment in the cause title may be made. Both the memos are recorded. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in C.M.P.(MD)No.6059 of 2/5

2020 recording that the second respondent R.Saran is a major and therefore, he need not be represented by his father as natural guardian.

2. Consequently, C.MP.(MD)No.6059 of 2020 is closed.

3. Since C.M.P.(MD)No.6059 of 2020 is closed, it is implied that we have not passed any order appointing the father viz., M.Ramesh as natural guardian of R.Saran and therefore, Registry may carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in C.M.P.(MD)No.6057 of 2020.

We also take judicial notice of the fact that though separate memo has not been filed in C.M.P.(MD)No.6060 of 2020, but, that however, the second respondent has actually attained the age of majority. Therefore, the memos which had been filed in C.M.P.(MD)No.6057 of 2020 could also be read into C.M.P. (MD)No.6060 of 2020 and Registry may carry out necessary amendment so far as the second respondent is concerned, by deleting the portions relating to categorizing him as minor and being represented by his father as natural guardian. 3/5

5. List the appeal along with pending miscellaneous petitions on 15.10.2025 for advancing arguments.
