ORDER

The petitioner seeking waiver of agricultural loan availed by him has submitted an application and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application has been considered and rejected that the scheme under which the petitioner availed loan does not qualify for waiver of agricultural loan.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
