PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No. 21363 of 2014 dated 22.01.2015.

[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.21363 of 2014 dated 22.01.2015, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the loud speakers were permitted only till 10.30 p.m. and not beyond that. As such the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful in nature.
