The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner which is civil in nature and they are going to close the complaint. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
