The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No. 12352 of 2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 28.04.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No. 12352 of 2025 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Ka.No.MePo/ThiMiPava/Thikal/Usepo/Ko.Thani/A.No.654, dated 04.06.2025.
