2. This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of Appeal suit in A.S.No.21 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai.
3. By an order dated 10.06.2026, I had called for a report from the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, as to how long it would take to dispose of the Appeal suit in A.S.No.21 of 2022. He has sent a report dated 17.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of the said application within a period of three months.
4. The learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, is requested to dispose of the Appeal suit in A.S.No.21 of 2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
