ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her application for survey of the property situated in Survey No. 192/2B to the extent of 1.43 Ares in Kunnuvarayan Kottai Revenue Village, Batlagundu Union, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Kannathasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased above mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 10.11.2008 and the patta for the said property was also stand in her name in Patta No.
1912. The petitioner submitted an online application on 07.02.2025 seeking survey of the said land and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits with in a time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner in Application No.2025/0123/13/009570, dated 07.02.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the neighbouring land owners.
