ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action to grant destitute widow pension to the petitioner based on her Application Number TN-9520250326230 dated 26.03.2025 made to the 4th respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that online website is not functioning due to technical problems and it is locked from 01.03.2025. He further submitted that as and when the online website is functioning, the petitioner's application will be considered as per law. The said submission is recorded.
3.The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders in accordance to law, at the earliest, in the light of G.O.Ms.No. 114, Personal and Administrative Reforms (A) Department, dated 02.08.2006. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
