ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the light of G.O.M.S.No.25 School Education (TRB) Department dated 06.02.2014 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017 seeking for appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher, in the light of G.O.M.S.No.25 School Education (TRB) Department dated 06.02.2014 by issuing certificate of pass in TET, is kept without there being any orders passed, which has resulted in filing of the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the above said GO has been challenged upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed appropriate orders.
4.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
