Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had been granted quarrying lease by the first respondent to quarry at the petition mentioned site. The petitioner alleges that the fourth respondent is creating obstruction. Additional Public Prosecutor states that the District Collector is seized of the matter. The first respondent will consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the private stakeholders. The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the District Collector, Virudhunagar. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
