ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to accept the Form-VII submitted by the petitioner, dated 18.03.2025, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2025, within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no objection as far as the registering the Form VII is concerned. 3.However, the respondents submitted that there were certain objections. This statement is vehemently objected by the petitioner. The learned 2/5

Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that such objections were heard and disposed of and there is no impediment to register the Form VII. 4.Since the objection petitions are disposed of, as on date there is no impediment to register the Form VII. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the Form VII in accordance to law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
