2. The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent is not related to the petitioner's society and hence he objects the renewal of the second respondent Society. Though the objection was received by the first respondent, no action has been taken on the same. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ

petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.11.2016, on its own merits and after giving due opportunity to the second respondent as well as the petitioner, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
