This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.Pursuant to the receipt of the complaint, the police have enquired both the parties. The persons against whom the petitioner has complained of threat, have given a statement on 06.08.2018 before the police that they will not go near the petitioner in future. After such an undertaking was given, the petitioner himself has withdrawn the complaint. 3.In view of the said undertaking given by the persons who are said to be causing threat to the petitioner, nothing further needs to be adjudicated in this case.

4. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
