ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to release his vehicle namely TARAS TIPPER LORRY bearing its registration No. TN 45 AL 7399 forthwith.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already, the second respondent/Sub-Collector, Padmanabhapuram has passed an order imposing penalty of Rs.26,135/- against the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to pay the penalty amount and produce the same before the second respondent. On such production, the second respondent is directed to release the petitioner's vehicle viz., TARAS TIPPER LORRY bearing its registration No. TN 45 AL 7399.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
