ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents/contemnors for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6657 of 2019, dated 11.04.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors jointly would submit that for compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.04.2019, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.881 of 2019 respondent has passed an order on 09.07.2020. In this regard, the learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 09.07.2020.

3.Recording the order passed by the second respondent, dated 09.07.2020 and the submissions made on either side, this contempt petition stands closed.
