This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 herein to give adequate Police Protection to the petitioner for fencing the property in Survey No.173/15 belongs to the Thirunagar Co-operative House construction Society (A-1929). 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the first and second respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking police protection to the petitioner for fencing the property in Survey No.173/15 belongs to the Thirunagar Co-operative House construction Society (A-1929), the petitioner, who is the Secretary of the said Society, made representation on 12.06.2019 to the second respondent and the same was not considered so far and hence, the present petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9933 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 12.06.2019, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to all the rival parties viz., respondents 3 to 5 and also after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
