ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been to filed the First Information Report in Crime No.70 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the issue has been amicably settled in between the parties and hence, this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent Police to close the case as "Action Dropped".

3.In view of the above, the first respondent Police is directed to hear the parties and if the issue has been compromised between the 2/4
