No.95/2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to call for fresh tender schedule for the work under the scheme of Tamilnadu Urban Roads Infrastructure Fund (TURIF) - 2016-2017 within the Thisayanvilai Town Panchayat Limit in respect of the execution of work pending Paver Block Arrangement which morefully described in the impugned tender work classification by providing sufficient times for processing the tenders and by fixing proper value and mentioning of correct place of work.
