This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.2448 of 2020 dated 06.12.2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is reported that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 2448 of 2020, the respondents / contemnors have preferred a Writ Appeal before the Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench has granted an order of interim stay.
