direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The petitioner counsel submitted that it is a issue between the father and son and that his son has assaulted him. In the complaint given by the petitioner no proper enquiry was undertaken by the 2nd respondent.

3. When the Deputy Superintendent of Police was in patrol duty saw the petitioner with injuries and hence, he has directed the concerned police officer to register the FIR against the petitioner's son, only on that basis the complaint was given by the petitioner.

4. The 2nd respondent present before this Court along with CD file and stated that major part of the investigation is over and only wound certificate is to be obtained. So, at this stage transfer of investigation is not permitted.

5. Let the investigation be completed by the respondents within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the final report be filed before the concerned Court. In the meantime, 2/4

the earlier occurrence in CSR.No.579 of 2023, dated 09.05.2023 must also be completed within a week.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
