This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action as against the respondents 4 and 5.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have received money from the petitioner for arranging a job. However, they cheated the petitioner without getting a job nor they returned the money. Though complaint has been lodged on 28.05.2024, the respondent police has not taken any action. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing for the respondent police submits that the allegation made by the petitioner is not correct. The petitioner's husband is working at Muscat and he is 2/5
having a business contact with fourth respondent and has also transferred money for the purpose of doing real estate business. Further, he submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent with regard to real estate business. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police and the same was forwarded to the respondent police. The respondent police has conducted the enquiry and the same was closed on 03.07.2024.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 04.07.2024 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No jbr 3/5
