ORDER

The petitioner, who is a victim in Crime No.282 of 2024, with a grievance that the respondent police have not conducted the investigation, has approached this Court, to direct the respondent to file the final report within the stipulated time. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police relying on the written instructions of the respondent police submits that the investigation is in initial stage, the real culprits are yet to be traced and they are conducting proper investigation. Therefore, they need some more time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
