ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition no.(i) 1/3

that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in Crime No.33 of 2024 and the same may be deposited as Fixed Deposit and may be released as per the direction of the superior Court" in Cr.M.P.No.1429 of 2025 dated 10.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, only due to the condition no.(i) imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, the petitioner is unable to come out of judicial custody, despite having been granted statutory bail. Hence, the learned counsel seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition no.(i) imposed by the Court below in Cr.M.P. No.1429 of 2025, dated 10.05.2025, is hereby set aside. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
