ORDER

This prayer in this Writ Petition is as follows: "to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 02.03.2020 and re-survey her land which is situated in S.No.315/1A, S.No.315/2A and S.No.314/1B at Chekkankovilpatti, Vikkiramangalam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District by invoking Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court."

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate, would submit that the authorities are willing to re-survey the petitioner's land in S.No.315/1A, S.No.315/2A and S.No.314/1B at Chekkankovilpatti, Vikkiramangalam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, within a matter of two weeks in terms of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

3.In consideration of the limited prayer sought in this Writ Petition and also the submission made on behalf of the official respondents on instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the directions as under:

"The respondents 1 to 3 herein are directed to resurvey the petitioner's land S.No.315/1A, S.No.315/2A and S.No.314/1B at Chekkankovilpatti, Vikkiramangalam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also communicate the report of the survey to the petitioner."

No costs.
