ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground. 2.The petitioner's representation seeking for appointment on compassionate ground, due to the death of his father, while he was in service, has not been considered so far, by the respondents, which has resulted in filing of the present writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and the 2nd respondent has forwarded the proposal to the 1st respondent, before whom, the proposal is now pending.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2017, and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

basis of the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
