Respondent in all petitions Prayer in W.P.(MD) Nos.23100 and 23101 of 2017: These writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2017 for promoting him/her as Graduate Warden from the date of acquisition of the qualification of B.Ed., Degree as done in the case of others in the light of the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.A3/30588/2017 dated 24.11.2017 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
Prayer in W.P.(MD) No.23102 of 2017: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2017 for granting retrospective effect in the post of Graduate Warden/Teacher from the date of acquisition of the qualification of B.Ed., Degree as done in the case of others in the light of the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.A3/30588/2017 dated 24.11.2017 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

COMMON O R D E R The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they were left out when granting promotion to candidates for the post of Graduate Wardens.

2.The order granting promotion dated 24.11.2017 states that if any person is aggrieved, he can lodge his representation. In terms thereof, the petitioners herein submitted their representations. The respondent is yet to consider the same. 3.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representations in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.These writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
