O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant compensation for the sudden demise of the petitioner's son namely G.Ananth from the Chief Minister's Public Relief fund by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 27.01.2021 and 11.03.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the present case, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) has been disbursed to the petitioner from the Chief Minister's Public Relief fund. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the same stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
