ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.231 of 2021 in O.S.No.99 of 2019, dated 09.02.2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Palani, Dindigul District.
2. The revision petitioner as plaintiff filed the above suit in O.S.No.99 of 2019 for recovery of money and the said suit was dismissed for default on 19.01.2024.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he filed an application for restoration of the suit. It is submitted that the said application was allowed on payment of cost. However, the petitioner failed to pay the cost and therefore, the restoration petition was dismissed. Therefore, there is no point in pursuing the said civil revision petition. Hence, the present civil revision petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition, in the event, the said suit is restored to file. 2/4
4. With the above observation, the present civil revision petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 22.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR To The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Palani, Dindigul District.
