ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, to dispose of the pending case filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
2. It is seen from the records that the complaint was filed in the year 2009. This Court had already directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, to dispose of the case within a period of four months by an order dated 08.06.2015. Thereafter, the case has been transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy and has been re-numbered as S.T.C.No.187 of 2016. It is seen from the B-Diary that the case is at the stage of final arguments.
3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, to dispose of S.T.C.No.187 of 2016, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
