Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension dated 13.05.2020, on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to revoke the suspension order and re-instate the petitioner in the post of Packer and consequently direct the respondents to provide subsistence allowance to the petitioner from 13.05.2020 to till date with consequential benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2020.
