ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioners apprehending arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 494 IPC in Crime No.23 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police seek anticipatory bail. 2.The prosecution case is that the first petitioner married the defacto complainant and they got twin children. CRL OP(MD)No.12594 of 2021 petitioner married another woman and did not maintain the defacto complainant and her children and the other petitioners also supported the first petitioner. Hence, the complaint. 3.Considering the nature of allegation, i.e., it is matrimonial dispute, this Court has referred the matter to the District Social Welfare Committee, through the respondent police. 4.Today, the report of the District Social Welfare Officer is placed, wherein it is stated that the first petitioner had affairs with another woman and a male child is born to them and he has left the defacto complainant and the children in lurch. 5.Considering the report that the first petitioner is leading life with another woman, leaving his wife and children in lurch and not ready for reunion, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly this petition stands dismissed.
