ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners/Appellants submitted that the Appeal suit is of the year 1995. At the time of the filing the Appeal, the 3rd petitioner/appellant was minor aged about 17 years and now he has attained major and aged about 60 years.

2. Now, this petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to declare the 3rd petitioner/appellant as major.

3. Considering the fact that the petition is filed belatedly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand Only] to the 1st respondent in the major declaration petition.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the main Appeal.
