ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.107 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having five previous cases of similar nature. The details of the previous cases are as follows:

5. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
