The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 104 days in paying the Court fee of Rs.5,393/- in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have already paid the Court fee.

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
