This Court by an order dated 28.04.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the compensation amount on or before 05.06.2025, to the credit of S.T.C.No.706 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tiruchirappalli. 1/3

2. This petition is filed seeking to modify the aforesaid condition.

3. This petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount within a period eight (8) weeks, to the credit of S.T.C.No.706 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tiruchirappalli.
