Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to impart proper Fire Fighting Training to Government Servants in Tamil Nadu and educate them to operate fire extinguisher in time of emergency and further directing the respondents to house 108 Ambulance and Fire Engine inside their premises to meet out the exigencies by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2017.

2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

3.This petitioner has filed this Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to impart proper Fire Fighting Training to Government Servants in Tamil Nadu and educate them to operate fire extinguisher at the time of emergency and further, direct the respondents to house 108 Ambulance and Fire Engine inside their premises to meet out the exigencies by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the such representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 23.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
