ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaints, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.08.2021.

2.Based on the report submitted by the 2nd respondent Police, the Executive Magistrate concerned initiated the proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., as against the petitioner. Though the Executive Magistrate issued summons to the petitioner, he refused to receive the summons for enquiry.
