ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file final report in F.I.R.No.66 of 2014, dated 19.04.2014 on the file of M.Rettiyapatti Police Station, Virudhunagar District before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'mistake of fact' on 19.05.2014 and the referred charge-sheet notice has been duly served to the petitioner on 06.12.2014 and filed a Referred Charge-Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
