ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.851/2023 on the file of the third respondent police to second respondent for fair investigation and to file a final report.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the victim in Crime No.851 of 2023 which was launched by her as against the accused with respect to the impersonation and creation of forged documents, in which she was defrauded. However, there is no progress in the investigation and sought for the intelligence of this court.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the report with respect to the delay in receiving the fingerprint report from the RFSL laboratory, the investigation is pending.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the third respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation, being conducted by the third respondent police and the third respondent police is directed to appraise the progress in the investigation every Friday to the second respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
