ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2022 in Writ Petition (MD)No.28090 of 2022.
2.This Court by an order dated 22.12.2022, issued a direction to the contemnors/respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2020 and 30.09.2021 and pass appropriate order, pursuant to which, the third respondent forwarded a proposal to the District Educational Officer and the District Educational Officer also passed an order dated 08.08.2023. 2/4
3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
