ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents in this Contempt Petition, on instructions, would submit that the respondents undertake that the status quo in respect of the suit schedule property shall be maintained and no further developments will take place at the instance of the respondents till the disposal of the main Second Appeal. The said undertaking given by the respondents through their counsel is recorded by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also raised no objection for closing this Contempt Petition after recording the undertaking given by the respondents through their counsel.
