ORDER

The revision petitioners seek speedy disposal of the execution proceedings pending before the Court below.

2. It is seen that the suit is of the year 1991. It was renumbered as O.S.No.139 of 1996. The decree passed in the appeal has become final.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the decree holders are not able to enjoy the fruits of the decree on account of some impediment or the other being created by the other side.

4. The Court below is directed to dispose of E.A.No.505 of 2015 in E.P.No.92 of 2014 in O.S.No.139 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
