ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent appeared and submitted that a settlement has already been arrived between the parties before the Mediation Centre and the respondent has received a sum of Rs.9,60,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakh and Sixty Thousand only) from the petitioner, after mediation. The remaining amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) has already been credited to the account of C.C.No.670 of 2019 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Srivilliputhur and the same has been withdrawn by the respondent herein.
2. Recording the above and making the settlement memo, dated 09.06.2025 as part of record of this order, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
