COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent made in Na.Ka.No.28/CO/SVG/2021 dated 21.08.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to conduct Puraviyadupu Festival at Sri Athikundhavaradha Ayyanar Temple, Nallukottai Village, Sivagangai Taluk and District from 03.09.2021 to 05.09.2021.

2.Both the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners and respondents submitted that temple festival was conducted as per the interim order passed by this Court.

3.Recording the said submissions, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
