By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Mr.M.Senthilkumar, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents.
3. The petitioner, who is an agriculturist, by profession, is before this Court and according to him, he availed CCANS loan from the second respondent Bank, for a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-, in Loan Account No.912030016228204 and he also availed a crop insurance coverage under PMFBY (Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana) Kharif, 2016 Scheme. For the said insurance scheme, a sum of Rs.90,031.44/-, was paid from his loan account by the respondent Bank, towards premium. As the petitioner has suffered heavy loss, due to failure of monsoon, he submitted a representation before the second respondent Bank requesting them to provide the insurance coverage details, so as to claim the insurance amount. As the respondent Bank authorities did not take any action on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation, the present petition came to be filed, seeking a direction, for early disposal of his representation dated 18.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
