Seeking permission and police protection for conducting festival and to use sound and light system during the festival at ''Sri Thirukulathu Ammal Temple'', situated in Marukalkurichi Village, Tirunelveli District, from 13.06.2025 at 2.00 p.m to 14.06.2025 at 3.00 p.m, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.Today(05.06.2025), when this Writ petition is taken up for admission, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that they are not having any objections for granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the festival at ''Sri Thirukulathu Ammal Temple'' and necessary permission would be granted within three days.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to ensure that the permission would be granted by imposing necessary conditions required for peaceful conduct of the temple festival with sound and light system and also ensure the law and order during the temple festival. No costs.
