Respondents Prayer : This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the entire records in connection with the proceedings of the 1st respondent in A1/2485/2017-AW 63 dated 09.09.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Centre, Vanaramutti (North), Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

The petitioner was a candidate for the post of Anganwadi Worker at Vanaramutti Anganwadi Centre. The said post is meant for general candidates only. In the selection process, after applying objective parameters, since the third respondent got more marks, she was selected.

2.Therefore, the order impugned in this writ petition cannot be faulted. This writ petition is therefore dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
