ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner in O.Mu.A2/632/2026 dated 30.12.2025 in a time bound manner.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 30.12.2025 and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
