ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Petition is directed against the impugned e-auction sale notice dated 08.08.2018 issued by the respondent Bank. However,in view of the pendency of O.A.No.285/2018 filed by the respondent Bank on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, we are unable to entertain this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to pay Rs.10 lakhs instead of Rs.9 lakhs for item No.7, since the earnest money deposit has also been fixed at Rs.9 lakhs for item No.7, this offer can be made before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, where O.A. is pending. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
